MarkGrace 173
Disc 3 at 19:35 with the reversed drums/bass. That bit sounds quite a lot like a building block for Like Spinning Plates.
chernobyl2 177
Okay my first order of business is digging into some of these unknown songs and ones that the guy who wrote the timestamp files says he vaguely recalls and trying to figure out if they're stuff we know. One of the descriptions seems to suggest one of these is a version of old Reckoner?!

chernobyl2 177
What a time to be alive, this is truly the holy grail of Radiohead bootlegs.

It actually made me thing a little bit of this instrumental from MPIE: https://youtu.be/9XnSISpba0w?t=3886 also the electronic bit before Big Boots. Edit: sorry that MPIE link is dubbed. it was the first youtube vid i found. Edited June 5, 2019 by PackofSandwiches

I thought many of these would be stuff that's been heard and the person couldn't identify, but a ton of this I don't think has been heard by anyone before. The song at 1:04:31 is hard to tell if it's old Reckoner because it's barely anything. Edited June 5, 2019 by MarkGrace
Black Jesus 65
Why the fuck isn't that version of Lift on disc 15 on OKNOTOK? Radiohead make such weird decisions sometimes... 2
Robjonas 100
Reckoner Drum pattern on Disk 5 between other stuff.

MarkGrace 173
21:28 on disc 2 that says "some ladies chattering n public transport." This sounds a little like one of the scenes in MPIE? Edited June 5, 2019 by MarkGrace

Radiohead makes some weird ass decisions. I can't decide between the two versions man. Disc 15 has a raunchy take with those distortion guitars panned to the left, but Disc 16 (the 2nd mastered take) from 1:00:10 onward is smooth af. Two different moods. The raunchy one is more of a day time radio vibe, but the 2nd one is more beautiful and wanting.
chernobyl2 177
I could see this full-band Attention on like, The Bends 2.

I feel like the one on Disc 16 was the intended version for release. Also, based on the order of sessions on the tape itself, it would have been a sweet track listing for the album release. omensetter 91
The second version of Lift is so much better than the one that was released with OKNOTOK lol wtf. it doesn't really fit the vibe of OKC but it's good as hell
Olaf 75
I wonder if they've artificially created the flat OKNOTOK version...
DokiDokiJeff 30
It's nice to finally hear this instrumental synth version of True Love Waits on Disc 4.
Scatterbrain 287
So what I don't get is that it seems most of what's on the white cassette ISN'T on this leak.
section 917 167
If OKC = 18 minidiscs imagine how many discs the Kid A/Amnesiac sessions would have!
